Notifications failed when blood tests came in, but when I reached out via email, customer service was pretty helpful. I initially planned to get a basic blood test, but they recommended this upgrade, claiming it covered all bases. Turns out, it didn’t actually provide the results I was after, so now I gotta reorder the test I originally wanted. It ain't really an upgrade if it doesn't include what you were looking for in the first place.
